Kate completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Monash University, with a major study in Archaeology and Ancient History and a minor study in Anthropology in 2023. She has a particular interest in lived experience, the resulting material culture, and the ways that these concepts persist and alter over time. She is excited to continue developing her field skills and gain experience in Australian archaeology.

 

As an Assistant Archaeologist, Kate works in the field supporting our senior staff as well as at the office cataloguing artefacts, photography and general research for our projects.
